• About Project: Systra is appointed to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System Of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

• Location: Site

Missions/Main Duties

Assist Chief Expert and Dy. Chief Expert in performing tasks that shall include but not limited to;

• Assisting in establishing Safety Management System covering the comprehensive safety management in whole system which shall include; safety requirements for disaster protection of fire, flooding, earthquakes and lightning, train operation rules.

• Assist to develop an emergency procedures including contact networking with hospitals, fire stations, polices stations, military bases, and other organizations, if any.

• Assist in proposing all safety, health and environment concerns to be proposed for the better SHE management system.

• Assist in reviewing the safety, health and environmental measures during construction based on the detailed design and identify efficiency of accident mitigation measures based on this review.

• Assist in instructing the contractors to provide sufficient safety devices and sign boards for own safety as well as safety of general traffic and pedestrians.

• Assist to advise the Environmental Expert to undertake environmental monitoring and take necessary mitigations.

• Assist in ensuring all health measures for the workforce on the site and offices.

• Assisting in ensuring the compliance of statutory measures as issued by the government and any other authority .

• Assist NHSRCL on supervision of contractors regarding to the site safety and labour health.

• Assist any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/Client(NHSRCL).

Any other work required to be performed to complete the project.

Profile/Skills

• Minimum Qualification:

• Full time regular B.E/B. Tech withGovt. recognized full time regular Diploma in Safety.

• Full time regular BE/B. Tech in safety.

• Government recognized regular full time PG Degree in Environmental Engineering/Sciences with Regular Full Time Govt. Recognized Safetydiploma/Degree.

• Full time regular science degree withInternational Qualifications like CSP(Certified safety professional), NEBOSH Diploma.

• Recognised degree in any branch ofengineering from recognized university with International qualifications like CSP (Certifiedsafety professional), Diploma in NEBOSH.

• Min. Experience:

 

Engineering Graduate, or PG degree in EnvironmentEngineering/Science with overall 05 years, or Degree in Science with overall 07 years of experience in SHE management during construction phase in Rail based Transit System project(s)*.

*Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

• High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall be considered for evaluation.

• Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall be considered for evaluation.

• Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall be considered for evaluation.
