This Scrum Master role will support our Stores & Supply Chain Engineering Teams from India. As a Scrum Master, in an Agile/iterative team you will be responsible for educating and coaching your Scrum/Kanban team(s) on GFOS Agile / Iterative processes. You will also be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives within your team and display a working knowledge of Kanban, Scrum and Iterative principles. Supporting impediment removals, fostering an environment that builds and supports a high performing team and monitoring team progress are key functions or this role.
You will partner with the Product Owner and Product Manager (who in India may be Product, Delivery and or Engineering associates) to ensure the product backlog is continuously refined and work is prioritized and scheduled. The Scrum Master is accountable for delivering value to the business and stakeholders. Understanding and supporting the TJX Solution Delivery Process (SDP) while adhering to Compliance guidelines is key.
