Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and agile teams across the organization to ensure alignment and dependencies are managed.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience working with cross-functional tech teams, preferably in AI/ML or data science-focused environments.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision.
Experience using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe SM, etc.).
Prior experience working in AI, machine learning, or research-heavy product teams.
Familiarity with the AI development lifecycle (data pipelines, model experimentation, training, evaluation, deployment).
Background in software engineering, data science, or related technical field is a plus.
