We’re looking for a
to drive and continuously improve the performance of Monzo’s savings products. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data analysis, modelling, and product growth.
You’ll be responsible for understanding how our savings rates perform in the market, why, and what we should do about it—from pricing optimisation to deposit forecasting. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Treasury, Data Science, and Product squads to develop market and deposit insights and analysis, and turn them into actionable decisions that drive sustainable growth.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role with a direct impact on our deposit volumes, margin, and competitiveness in the UK market.
You have pricing, portfolio management or commercial product management experience within UK retail banking, fintech, or a highly fast-paced consumer finance environment.
You are highly analytical and hands-on with data, comfortable using data to understand customer behaviour and drive commercial decisions.
You have experience working with Data Analysis or visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Python, Jupyter) to deliver valuable insights.
You are comfortable working in complex, ambiguous spaces and can translate intricate financial data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
You thrive in a product-led, digital-first environment where things move quickly.

📍This role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London)
