As a SAP - SD professional, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Advisory practice, focusing on business application consulting to help clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP configurations to meet strategic objectives
• Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Guiding teams in the seamless integration and utilization of business applications
• Providing training and support to clients for effective use of SAP solutions
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Encouraging team development through coaching and leveraging individual strengths
• Identifying opportunities for business transformation and process optimization
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for custom SAP development
• Promoting the adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for enhanced data insights
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least of the following: or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP HANA and SAP Fiori
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
• Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
• Embracing change and innovation in client support environments
• Developing skills in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP NetWeaver
• Mentoring team members in analytical thinking and process improvement
