As a SAP SD Director, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will cultivate the potential in others and actively team across the PwC Network, leveraging our collective strength.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will develop new ideas, solutions, and structures, driving thought leadership and promoting technological advances. Responsibilities

• Leading strategic initiatives to optimize SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes for clients
• Analyzing client requirements and implementing tailored SAP CRM solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
• Collaborating with executive-level clients to drive business growth and shape client engagements
• Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the team
• Promoting technological advancements and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
• Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
• Developing innovative ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership in the industry
• Balancing long-term strategic planning with short-term execution to achieve client objectives
• Adhering to and enforcing professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 16 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least of the following: or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
• Leading strategic initiatives in SAP Customer Relationship Management
