We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Developer

with strong hands-on expertise in

Data Cloud

and

Agent-force

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integrations, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications with a focus on

Data Cloud

and

Agentforce

modules.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in existing Salesforce environments.
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and data management.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend relevant improvements or upgrades.
• Support end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment assistance.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–6 years

of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Technical Consultant.

• Proven expertise in

Salesforce Data Cloud

(Customer Data Platform) – data modeling, ingestion, unification, and segmentation.

• Hands-on experience with

Agentforce

and building AI-driven agent experiences.

• Proficiency in

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce

, and Salesforce configuration.

• Experience with

Salesforce APIs

integration patterns

, and

automation tools

(Flow, Process Builder, etc.).

• Strong understanding of

data management

governance principles

within Salesforce.

• Excellent

communication and analytical skills
