• Job Description:

The Sales Operations Analyst will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Sales Operations Manager. This person will be responsible for Creating, maintaining & modifying the Sales orders across all the Regions. Position will utilize the CRM & ERP(NetSuite) tools to provide the team with a consistent and accurate view of global Sales activity. The Analyst will work closely with the Global Sales team, Project Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, Planning and finance Team to ensure that Nextracker is consistently exceeding the Customer expectations.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

• Create, Review, Validate and Modify the Sales Order in ERP.
• Validate and maintain Sales Orders related documents and tax Exemption documents.
• Experience in O2C – Order Management.
• Creating and Modifying the Quotes in ERP (NetSuite)
• Creating the Credit Forecast.
• Monitoring Sales Orders approvals Status to ensure the Orders are completed timely.
• Identifying the opportunities for operational improvements, including Time Saving and Cost Saving opportunities.
• Follow up with Cross Functional departments to ensure timely approvals of the Sales Orders.
• Team player and should be able to take up additional Tasks and responsibilities.
• Knowledge in Excel.
• Responsible for maintaining warranty Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of experience
• Advanced English
• Sound Knowledge in Order Management with ERP(NetSuite/SAP) Experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to achieve timelines.
