Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, including forecasts, targets, and conversion rates Support sales planning and forecasting, including territory planning and quota setting Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and sales reviews Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance sales productivity and efficiency Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to align on business goals Assist in incentive compensation planning and tracking sales commissions Maintain and manage sales documentation, proposals, and contracts Support onboarding and training of sales teams on tools, processes, and best practices Analyze customer and market data to generate actionable insights Key
