Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing sales data, supporting and leading the team, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all sales-related activities. The role requires a strong focus on data management along with team coordination and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle and manage sales-related data entry with high accuracy and consistency ● Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases regularly ● Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics ● Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets ● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations ● Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback ● Ensure all documentation and reporting are well-organized and up-to-date ● Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements ● Prepare and present reports to management as required

Requirements

● Must have 3–4 years of hands-on

experience

in warehousing sales ● Strong data management and MS Excel

skills

● Good leadership and team-handling abilities ● Attention to detail and high level of accuracy ● Strong organizational and multitasking

skills

● Basic understanding of sales processes and reporting ● Good communication and coordination

skills

● Candidates must have their own laptop. ● Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Qualification ● Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field. ● 2+ years of

experience

in sales operations / sales coordination / team handling roles
