Must-haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Mineral Processing.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in capital equipment or mining industry.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to build customer relationships and secure deals with a goal-oriented, persistent, and professional approach.
Nice-to-haves:
Background in mining or mineral processing industry.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Ability to mentor and develop sales skills in a growing team environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
