Sales Manager

Job Summary

As a Sales Manager– at Bar Code India, you will act as a vital link between customer needs

and our cutting-edge AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) solutions. Your role

will involve pre- and post-sales engagement, technical consultation, solution presentations,

and driving software sales & hardware sales including barcode scanners, printers, RFID

systems, and associated software.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and recommend customized

solutions involving barcode scanners, printers, RFID hardware, and software solutions.

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, simplifying technical features

for decision-makers.

• Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including system integration guidance

and post-sales troubleshooting.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling,

cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.

• Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs, contributing to successful contract

closures.

• Communicate customer feedback to product and service teams to influence future

enhancements.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in

barcode and RFID.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales, technical sales, or solution sales within the AIDC, barcode,

RFID, or automotive sector etc.

• Hands-on knowledge of barcode technologies, RFID systems, industrial printers/scanners,

and related software.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts

to non-technical stakeholders.

• Customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and demos.
