• Develop monitor and liaise with client/channel partner (Builder, DSA etc) including retention strategies for the region
• Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target and arrange loan events in coordination with Cluster Head.
• Handle product queries and service issues.
• Providing necessary in-house & On-field training and guidance to team members.
• Process it ahead to the sales team by tagging interested & need to follow up on the leads.
• Leads to be forwarded to sales for maximum conversion till the file is disbursed.
• Mentor, train, and ensure optimum team/region performance in terms of revenue target achievement and increasing business.
• Originating high-value mandates, pre-sales, negotiations, and relationship maintenance.
• Responsible for knowing and complying with all legal

requirements

Requirements

Graduate from any discipline Minimum 2 Years of

experience

preferably in Housing Loan with cross selling. Min Age 21- Max Age 45 as on 01.01.2025
