Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Dibrugarh market. The role involves dealer development, market expansion, sales generation, and relationship management across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand dealer and retailer networks in the assigned territory.

• Generate new business opportunities and increase market penetration.

• Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, architects, and influencers regularly.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

• Ensure proper product visibility and promotion in the market.

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

• Submit daily activity reports and market feedback.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in field sales.

• Experience in Plywood, Laminates, Building Materials, Paints, Hardware, Electricals, Cement, Steel, Tiles, Sanitaryware, FMCG, or related industries preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain dealer/distributor relationships.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
