Sales Estimation Engineer / Manager (Plumbing)

Qualification: B.Tech/BE (Electrica/ Mechanical) with

experience

in plumbing sales and estimation

Experience:

5–10 years (contracting company

Job Description:

• Manage monthly sales reporting, market company credentials, and generate new inquiries/customers. - Follow up with consultants, PMCs, architects, and end users. - Lead the estimation team, delegate inquiries, provide training, and ensure cost accuracy. - Manage the full tender process, design-build system proposals, and site meetings. - Achieve sales targets and coordinate with the Branch Manager for quotes exceeding 100 Lakhs. - Liaise with the PCD team for submittal approvals and ensure cross-departmental coordination. - Evaluate manpower needs and maintain knowledge across all company services.
