SALES CONSULTANT

Graff Chevrolet of Chesterton is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in Burns Harbor, IN. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed information about our vehicle inventory, and guide them through the sales process to ensure a positive purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and establish rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits clearly and effectively.
• Assist customers through the sales process, including negotiations and paperwork.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate vehicle financing options.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or related customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
