Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, including colleges and training institutions. Pitch PRAGYASHAL's products, bootcamps, and certification programs. Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on inquiries. Schedule client meetings and demos with educational partners. Maintain detailed sales records and update the CRM system regularly. Marketing

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns. Create marketing materials such as email campaigns, brochures, and presentations. Support social media marketing and content creation for PRAGYASHAL’s platforms. Help organize webinars, workshops, and promotional events. Conduct market research to identify potential business growth opportunities.

Requirements

Education:

Final-year students or graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing (preferred). Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore.
