RSPO SCC Auditor

We are seeking an RSPO SCC auditor to join our team, as a crucial part of our sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Planning and conducting RSPO SCC audits for various organizations within the palm oil supply chain.

• Assessing compliance with RSPO SCC standards and identifying areas of non-compliance.

• Performing risk assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of internal control systems.

• Preparing comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.

• Communicating audit results to clients.

• Staying updated on RSPO SCC requirements and industry best practices.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of the certification process.

• Managing multiple audit projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.

• Traveling to various locations to conduct on-site audits

• Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Agriculture, or related fields.

• RSPO SCC Lead Auditor certification (required or preferred).

• ISO 9001 certification from an internationally accredited and recognized institution, such as PECB or IRCA.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing or a related area.

• Proven experience with RSPO SCC audits or similar sustainability certifications.

• Strong knowledge of auditing techniques and RSPO supply chain certification standards.

• Excellent risk assessment and data analysis skills.

• Outstanding report writing and communication skills.

• Proficiency in time management and multi-project organization.

• Deep understanding of the sustainable palm oil industry and supply chain management.

• Familiarity with environmental and social sustainability practices.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

• Willingness to travel frequently
