Job Description
Role Objective We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support BARSYL’s tender and project manpower requirements, with specific focus on sourcing and mobilising qualified professionals for Railway, Metro and infrastructure consultancy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower and CV
requirements
from tenders/NITs/RFPs in coordination with the BD, Bid and Technical teams. Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, professional networks and recruitment agencies. Build and maintain a strong database of professionals across Railway, Metro, Civil, Electrical, S&T, Rolling Stock, Design, DPR, PMC and other specialised disciplines. Screen CVs against tender
requirements
and shortlist suitable candidates for technical evaluation. Coordinate with candidates regarding availability, notice period, remuneration, location and willingness to participate in tenders. Obtain candidate consent and required supporting documents. Coordinate candidates for client interviews, presentations and other tender-related requirements. Ensure CVs are prepared in the required tender format and maintain proper records of CVs utilised across different bids. Maintain a live tracker of CV requirements, sourcing, screening, technical approval, submission, interview and deployment status. Support timely mobilisation of selected professionals after award of projects. Develop a network of experienced professionals and recruitment sources to meet urgent tender requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant
experience
in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Preference will be given to candidates currently working or having
experience
with Engineering Consultancy, Infrastructure Consultancy, PMC or EPC organisations.
Experience
in recruitment for Railway, Metro, Infrastructure or Engineering Consultancy projects will be highly preferred. Strong understanding of project manpower
requirements
and tender-based CV mobilisation. Excellent communication, coordination, networking and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple
requirements
and work effectively under tight tender timelines. Key Focus: Timely sourcing of technically suitable, tender-compliant and available professionals for BARSYL’s bids and projects.
