Resource Coordinator

• Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Executes Commercial Services PMO standards, processes, and methodologies in a consistent manner for project coordination activities.

2. Schedules all resources for implementation of client requirements and assists in acquisition of resources.

3. Coordinates with FSO Managers, SDO Managers and Project Managers to maintain records of all resources and availability.

4. Maintains talent database to meet timeliness and quality standards.

5. Analyzes all backlogs to ensure delivery of projects within required timeframe.

6. Maintains database, ensures maximization of all resources, tracks all databases, and assists to streamline all processes for customers.

7. Balances the demand for resources with the supply, taking into consideration skills, level of experience, geographic location, developmental objectives of the resources, and financial impact.

• Skills & Abilities:

· Effective written communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

· Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the business.

· Ability to be trained to maintain and schedule resources.

· Attentive to detail.

· Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently and identify priorities.

· Ability to multi-task.

• Qualifications: Required Education Level:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Area of Study / Degree:

Certifications (Required or Preferred)

Experience utilizing ServiceNow’s resource management capability is desirable.

Minimum Total Work Experience

3-5 years of work experience

Minimum Specialized Work Experience

1 years of resource coordination experience
