About the Role

We are seeking a

Subject Matter Expert III

to review manuscripts, publications text, tables, figures, and supplementary materials for file type, completeness, accuracy of medical and scientific terminology, and conformity. 

This is a hybrid remote role located in Hyattsville, MD. This is a

part-time, temporary

position with a maximum of 500 hours.

Responsibilities

• Confirm confidentiality, legal authority, and privacy protections are consistent with federal laws and agency requirements, recommend any changes needed to meet applicable laws and requirements, identifying inconsistencies or gaps.
• Conduct a review of proposed collections to verify OMB-required statements are included specifically as they relate to agency confidentiality, legal authority, and privacy protections.
• Review consent language in prepared documents to confirm compliance with CDC and NCHS confidentiality requirements.
• Providing high level statistical disclosure review of microdata files and/or tables prior to dissemination.
