At AirGarage, we are constructing the most comprehensive database of parking real estate in the world. Our mission is to turn these single-use parking facilities into multi-use hubs.
As a Research Associate, you will work with various external databases, methods, and tools to identify ownership of parking properties and conduct end-to-end research about their current situation to add to our database.
This isn't your typical data entry gig. It's a role that requires detective-like skills and out-of-the-box thinking. You will understand our buyer personas and make sure we have the most accurate data possible when it comes to getting in touch with these prospects.
You will help craft the narrative that powers the outbound sales motion at AirGarage, working closely with our sales team to ensure that we're targeting the right people, personas, and accounts with precision, accuracy, and a tailored message.
Utilize databases, state and corporate websites, Google-Fu, and other avenues to identify relevant decision-makers within target companies or entities.
Conduct research to understand the hierarchy and structure of target companies, identifying the most appropriate individuals to contact.
Employ creativity and ingenuity to locate contact information for hard-to-reach individuals by exploring alternative avenues and resources.
Dive deep into a property (read reviews, find news articles, etc), to understand the current situation and help the sales team identify pain points and areas of opportunity they can highlight in their outreach.
Perform data entry tasks and management accurately to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of identified property owners, accounts, and their leads and contact information.
Develop strategies for multithreading accounts, ensuring that alternative contacts within the organization are identified and can be engaged.
Collaborate with other team members to gather insights and share best practices for lead and property research.
Proficiency in using property databases, research tools, and contact databases is a plus. However, if you are a fast learner, willing to put in the work, and enjoy being an internet sleuth, we can teach you the systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Unwavering determination in pursuing information, exploring all available resources, and diligently scouring every avenue until the data is uncovered.
Flexible and open to new ideas, able to adjust strategies and approaches in response to evolving research needs.
Think outside the box, sometimes the information can be found in the most unusual ways, and there are multiple ways to find it. Explore unconventional methods and approaches in research.
Ability to think critically and problem-solve, especially when faced with challenging research tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
