Relationship Manager| Thrissur

• This role involves providing support to the Non-Resident (NR) channel across all branches within the Zone. 

• The candidate will be responsible for assisting with product training, client, and offering continuous support to clients, branches, and various channels related to the NR portfolio.

• Achieve NR business objectives across the Zone by collaborating with Cluster/Segment Leaders to drive growth and acquisition. 

• Acquire NTB customers through referrals, alliances, networks, and branch partnerships, while guiding branch staff in end-to-end. 

• Support Segment RMs in NR acquisition and ETB portfolio management, generating forex income via FCNR forwards and cross-selling, and sharing insights on rates and products. 

• Maintain client relationships through mailers/calls, conduct training for staff and leaders to enhance product knowledge, and monitor key quality parameters like funding and account activation to improve portfolio performance

• Education Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA
