Relationship Manager - Suryapet

Job Summary
The Relationship Manager in Suryapet will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable products and services to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
* Develop and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients in the Suryapet region.
* Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial portfolios, provide updates, and address any concerns.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets for various banking products.
* Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions tailored to client requirements.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or banking, preferably in the financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English is essential.
* Familiarity with the Suryapet market and client base is preferred.
