As a Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth. Your primary objective is to enhance the overall profitability of the USGI Legal Entity by implementing effective strategies and initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with various teams and contribute to the success of the Bancassurance department.- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.

• Activate branches and ensure optimal customer experience through effective branch management.
• Implement cross-sell initiatives to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
