Relationship Manager

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Stable Money in your city. You meet customers in person, understand their savings and goals, and help them invest in safe, simple products through our app. It’s a people-first, field-based role built on trust, clear communication, and good follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective customers in person and build trust-based relationships.

• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend suitable products; guide them through investing on the app.

• Generate new leads through local outreach and small community activities.

• Follow up consistently to convert interested customers and grow your book.

• Support existing customers and encourage referrals.

• Keep your daily activity and customer records updated, and coordinate with your city team.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate, with strong spoken communication in the local language.

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable meeting new people every day.

• A field-first attitude — happy to be out and about across the city.

• Owns a two-wheeler and a smartphone; willing to travel locally.

• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.

Nice to have: prior sales, field, or customer-facing experience, and comfort with running local events or activities.
