- Lead warehouse racking installation projects from planning through completion while ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and schedule attainment.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, providing exceptional customer experience, project communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, labor utilization, travel costs, equipment expenses, profitability, and change orders.
- Develop project schedules, coordinate crew availability, allocate resources, and maintain critical project timelines.
- Lead, train, mentor, and develop Project Leads, Foremen, and installation teams while building future leaders.
- Monitor employee performance, conduct coaching and performance reviews, and hold teams accountable to company standards.
- Drive safety compliance through site audits, toolbox talks, OSHA compliance, and safe work practices.
- Optimize?resource allocation, including?manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Conduct job walks, project reviews, customer meetings, and site inspections to ensure operational excellence.
