About the Job

We are changing the way people think about customer service, and we need your help! We’re seeking a Recruitment Associate for the recruitment of our customer service representatives.

As Recruitment Associate, You Will…

• Partner with Recruitment Managers to determine staffing needs
• Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries
• Process and track applicant job submissions
• Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
• Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
• Participate in job fairs & hiring events
• Build relationships with internal employees
• Ensure orientation and the process runs smoothly

As Recruitment Associate, You Have…

• A love for people and thrives in a team environment
• A professional and mature attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of work
• Good judgment on sensitive issues and can maintain confidentiality
• Previous experience with interviewing and selecting candidates is an asset
• 1-2 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
