Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for both IT and functional roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidates.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment reports to meet specific needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, including engaging with recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts and tracking vendor performance.
• Review and analyze resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers while managing communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage salary negotiations, and provide market insights to ensure competitive compensation.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to report on hiring progress and effectiveness

• Required Skills and Qualifications: - 4-8 years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in hiring for both IT and

functional roles.

• Strong experience in vendor management, including working with external

recruitment agencies and tracking performance.

• Proven success in recruiting across multiple domains, including software

development, engineering, data science, HR, finance, and operations.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build

relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with recruitment best practices, including diversity hiring and

maintaining a positive candidate experience.
