• About the Role:

We are looking for a React Developer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and building high-performance developer-focused solutions. This role focuses on developing and maintaining our Web SDK with an emphasis on application logic, performance, and real-time communication rather than UI design.

You will be responsible for maintaining our Web SDK, building scalable features, and working closely with product and backend teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize the Web SDK.
• Develop scalable features using React and JavaScript.
• Manage application state using React Context (Provider) and Redux.
• Build and maintain real-time communication features using WebSockets.
• Debug complex issues and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable JavaScript code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new SDK capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a React Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with React.
• Hands-on experience with React Context (Provider) and Redux for state management.
• Experience working with WebSockets.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building application functionality and business logic rather than primarily focusing on UI development.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Good to Have

• Experience with React Native.
• Experience working with WebRTC.
• Experience integrating audio/video meeting solutions.
• Understanding of real-time communication systems.
• Experience working on SDKs or developer tools.
