As a Quality Engineer in our dynamic team, you will be instrumental from the product's conceptualization through to manufacturing, ensuring the highest quality standards and refining healthcare delivery. What You Will Do: Design and implement test plans, specifying tools and techniques for design verification and product validation. Conduct sample size estimations, justify design verification, and validate product lifecycle stages. Perform Gauge R&R studies, test execution, and data analysis to ensure product quality. Develop and refine quality engineering methodologies to support manufacturing adaptations and quality improvements. Lead cross-functional teams in applying statistical analysis techniques and experimental designs. Manage supplier audits and contribute to project management across various product builds and tests. Craft statistical plans to validate processes and product outputs. Engage in documentation and regulatory submission efforts to meet international standards. Your contributions will directly impact and save lives by elevating the quality of healthcare services.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For: A problem solver who thrives in tackling complex challenges using first principles and a flexible role approach within a collaborative team environment. At least five years of

experience

in quality assurance or product development, particularly in a high-performing, hardware-focused startup or top-tier device manufacturer. Expert knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and 21 CFR Part 820, with a strong foundation in Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in statistical techniques and data interpretation, with an ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts and analytical data. A deep commitment to the long-term mission of revolutionizing global healthcare access and quality.
