Key Responsibilities
Listen to and evaluate recorded customer service calls to assess quality and adherence to company standards. Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to customer service representatives. Maintain detailed records of call evaluations, including scores, comments, and recommendations. Generate regular reports on call quality metrics and trends for management review. Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement improvement plans based on evaluation findings.
