- Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership Delivery
- Lead end to end delivery of Python Django applications ensuring quality performance and maintainability
- Drive technical design discussions architecture decisions and implementation strategy for complex modules
- Mentor developers through code reviews pairing and guidance on best practices and patterns
- Own estimation planning and execution with a focus on predictable delivery and risk management
- Engineering Excellence
- Establish and enforce coding standards testing practices and CI CD aligned development workflows
- Optimize application performance troubleshoot production issues and implement long term fixes
- Ensure secure development practices including authentication authorization and data protection controls
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Minimum Qualifications
- 9 11 years of overall software development experience with strong expertise in Python
- Strong hands on experience building web applications services using Django
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design backend architecture and scalable application development
- Experience with unit integration testing debugging and code review practices
- Bachelor s or Master s degree BTECH MTECH MCA MSC
- Primary skills Technology OpenSystem Python OpenSystem Django
