We are looking for an experienced

Purchase Manager

to manage end-to-end procurement operations, vendor management, team performance and cost-effective purchasing.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Purchase/Procurement team.
• Plan and execute purchases as per business requirements.
• Ensure timely PO generation and follow-ups.
• Develop, evaluate and manage new and existing vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Handle urgent and critical purchases independently.
• Drive cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Monitor team performance, accountability and deadlines.
• Implement procurement SOPs and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle vendor escalations and improve supplier performance.

Requirements

• Experience in trading, mining or construction tools will be preferred.
• Graduate/Diploma; Engineering qualification preferred.

6–10 years of Purchase/Procurement experience.

• 2–3 years of team-handling/managerial experience.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and leadership skills.
