Improve SLA by tracking and follow-ups. 2. Escalation management 3. Improve NDR adherence and reduce returns. 4. Improve delivery TAT of Last-mile shipments and ensure minimum cooling time in the chain.

Requirements

1 1-2 years of

experience

in managing 3PLs 2 Know how of courier status and basic use of Transporter’s Panel 3 Comfortable in using excel – Intermediate level 4 Very high cadence driven NOTE: This role is completely onsite & 6-days (Mon-Sat) working in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
