Responsibilities:
Design and execute molecular biology and biochemistry experiments to address key research questions and project objectives. Utilize a variety of techniques such as PCR, cloning, gene expression analysis, protein purification, and enzymatic assays. Analyze experimental data using appropriate statistical and bioinformatics tools. Interpret results and draw meaningful conclusions to guide further experimentation and project direction. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and manuscripts for internal review and external publication. Stay informed about the latest advancements in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
Qualifications; Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. For Master’s/Ph.D. degree holders: Prior research
experience
in molecular biology/biochemistry, demonstrated through publications or projects. For Master’s degree holders: Minimum of 2 year of relevant laboratory experience.
Skills
Proficiency in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques such as PCR, cloning, Western blotting, protein expression, and purification.
Experience
with bioinformatics tools for data analysis and interpretation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate research efforts and achieve project milestones.
