As a

Project Manager, Sourcing

, you will be responsible for leading sourcing and supplier development projects that support business growth, cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and operational excellence.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure successful project execution from initiation through implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects and ensure successful implementation of supplier development, NPD, dual sourcing, localization, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Deliver committed cost savings through strategic sourcing, VA/VE activities, and process improvement opportunities.Drive cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and execute project plans, including supplier ramp-up/down activities, while ensuring timelines, quality, and business requirements are met.Monitor project risks, resolve implementation challenges, and ensure first-time-right execution.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support performance, capacity, quality, and long-term business objectives.
• Provide regular project status updates and ensure accurate maintenance of sourcing and project management systems.

What We're Looking For

• Engineering degree with 12-15 years of experience in sourcing, supplier development, or procurement project management.
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings through strategic sourcing and VA/VE initiatives.Strong knowledge of should costing, TCO, and manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, and heat treatment.
• Experience leading cross-functional sourcing projects and supplier transitions.
• Understanding of supplier quality processes, including APQP/PPAP and ISO/IATF standards.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Hydraulics, Off-Highway, Industrial Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas industries is preferred.
