Project Manager, Service Delivery

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager, Service Delivery based in Brazil .

As a Project Manager within the Service Delivery team, you will take ownership of business customer orders from initiation through successful completion, creating a seamless delivery experience with fewer departmental handoffs. You will coordinate internal teams and third-party providers while keeping customers informed throughout the project lifecycle. The role combines hands-on telecommunications expertise with structured project management and customer-facing communication. You will oversee services including Internet circuits, Hosted VoIP, number porting, and SD-WAN implementations. Success requires strong organization, clear documentation, and the ability to manage multiple dependencies and priorities. This is a 100% remote opportunity in a fast-growing, innovation-focused environment where your work can directly influence customer outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle for assigned business customer orders, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality completion.

• Coordinate internal teams and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

• Maintain consistent, proactive communication with customers throughout the delivery process, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

• Manage telecommunications delivery activities including Internet circuit ordering, Hosted VoIP projects, and number porting.

• Lead SD-WAN implementation activities and coordinate VoIP porting and Internet circuit orders across multiple carriers.

• Document project dependencies, priorities, requirements, and key actions to support efficient execution.

• Apply hands-on service delivery experience to identify issues, coordinate solutions, and drive successful project outcomes.

• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

• At least 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.

• Hands-on experience with VoIP, SD-WAN implementation, and Internet circuit ordering through telecommunications carriers.

• Strong ability to identify and clearly document project dependencies, priorities, and requirements.

• Proven ability to coordinate and effectively manage third-party resources.

• Strong project organization, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Practical, hands-on approach to resolving delivery challenges and driving projects through completion.
