Job Scope:

This role is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to projects and activities to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all project stakeholders and customers. It includes managing critical project components such as integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement throughout all phases of the project life cycle, primarily for small to medium projects (i.e., up to subregional approval or single-location projects).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement customer solutions ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to agreed cost and scope.
• Manage new business setups, expansions, and relocations in alignment with customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers, solution design, project teams, and stakeholders to align and update project progress.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and status reports.
• Ensure timely IT integration and alignment with business needs during implementation.
• Monitor and control project delivery, budget compliance (±5%), scope adherence, and timelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and analyze project KPIs, SLAs, and provide accurate reporting at critical milestones.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure internal/external customer satisfaction.
• Oversee vendor coordination and management for successful project execution.
• Establish reporting structures, review team performance, and ensure engagement and motivation.
• Drive process improvements, change implementation, and maintain compliance with DHL standards.
• Document complete project lifecycle for smooth handover and future reference.
• Provide direction, training, and performance reviews for project team members.

• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years experience including Project Management and
  Operations.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
