Project Manager | Bangalore

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead and deliver complex projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Conduct regular project reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning (for Agile projects).
• Facilitate communication between development, QA, design, and business teams.
• Track project progress and report status, issues, and dependencies to leadership.
• Prepare project documentation—SOW, BRD, RAID logs, MoM, status reports.
• Collaborate with PMO and leadership on process improvements.
• Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5–12 years of experience in project management (adjust as needed).
• Strong knowledge of

Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

project management practices.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as:

  • Jira / Confluence
  • MS Project / Azure DevOps
  • Trello / Asana / ClickUp

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams (Dev, QA, UX, DevOps, Clients).

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as

PMP, CSM, Prince2, PMI-ACP

• Experience in

software development or QA

• Exposure to enterprise clients or large-scale transformation projects.
• Knowledge of budget management and project financials.
• Experience with cloud-based projects (AWS/Azure/GCP).
