Project Manager

Ensol Multiclean Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of cutting-edge Waste Management, Utility, and Disaster Management solutions, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating projects, ensuring they are executed seamlessly from order receipt to the receipt of performance certificates from customers. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects from order receipt, coordination with production to performance certificate receipt.

Order Management:

• Track and monitor orders, ensuring timely processing, production, dispatch, delivery, and demonstration/training to clients.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any order-related issues or delays.

Financial Tracking:

• Monitor and track project finances, including payment receipt, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) & Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) receipt, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions related to projects.

Customer Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of the project.

Performance Certificate:

• Work diligently to ensure the timely receipt of performance certificates from customers upon project completion.
• Address any customer feedback or concerns in collaboration with the relevant teams.

• Degree, Diploma Holder in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
• Knowledge of the cleaning equipment industry is a plus.
