The Finance Assistant Role

The Finance Assistant works as part of the Finance Reporting team (same as financial controlling team) primarily. The role is responsible for data entry, anything related to payroll administrative work that local finance team handles, and the daily finance task for KR region. This position is mainly assisting all finance related works that occur in the reporting team and ad hoc works as well.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Process severance payment in Samsung Insurance Website
• Filing for severance payment and liaising with Samsung Insurance to clear all questions.
• Assist to manage Deposit account in Samsung Insurance
• Assist to close month end.
• Assist to maintain Financial Statement
• Ad hoc. work in relation to finance reporting

 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 ~ 2 years’ experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred.
• Proven experience in a payroll position is preferred.
• Intermediate level of verbal and written English
• Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
