We are seeking a talented and organized Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in Bengaluru, India. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design projects, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with designers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate effective communication
- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation
- Schedule and coordinate design review meetings, presentations, and client approvals
- Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to team members and management
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for production and delivery of design materials
- Assist in the development of design concepts and provide constructive feedback
- Perform quality checks on design deliverables before client presentation or production
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture and Post graduation in project management or construction management or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of similar experience
- Canada Project Experience is preferred
- Oracle (Project Management Tool) experience is preferred
- Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of design principles, trends, and best practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
