Program Manager (Trainee)

(Immediate Joining preferred) Project brief and deliverables: The trainee will contribute towards designing and implementing initiatives at academic institutes, prepare strategy to onboard academia and enable 10x participation of academia in this Quality movement through customized approaches. This will also include designing and developing Digital Platforms and digital marketing for promotion and branding. Tasks and deliverables would include

• (Immediate Joining preferred) Project brief and deliverables: The trainee will contribute towards designing and implementing initiatives at academic institutes, prepare strategy to onboard academia and enable 10x participation of academia in this Quality movement through customized approaches. This will also include designing and developing Digital Platforms and digital marketing for promotion and branding. Tasks and deliverables would include:
• Strategy preparation to identify and onboard academia in the quality movement.
• Project Management - activities/milestone preparation and tracking, Reviewing and Analyzing actions to identify potential gaps in implementing initiatives.
• Research on identified sectors / themes – to bring insights for academia which can address industry-academia expectations.
• Support in establishing new Quality Clubs at institutes and continuous connect with students to enhance networking & engagement programs.
• Ideating, Planning, and implementing meaningful engagement initiatives for students and faculty members – Hackathons, Competitions, Research Papers etc.
• Support in active branding of IFQM through social media & preparation of a convincing pitch for communicating value proposition.
• Designing/Developing digital tools and platforms to enable engagement with stakeholders and address challenges shared by IFQM members.

Requirements

BTech/ BE/ MTech / ME / MS / MBA students, completed course in 2024 or 2025. Candidates with work

experience

before PG qualification preferred. For current batch students, 6-month internships opportunities can be explored based on student profile.

Experience

on working with Canva, Wordpress, Advanced Excel, AI tools and platforms etc. preferred.

Benefits

This opportunity will provide an exposure to driving initiatives of national significance and preparation for key events involving Industry Leaders. It will also provide an overview of different Indian companies across a set of diverse domains – manufacturing and service, large scale and MSMEs. Monthly Stipend: INR 20,000/- for UG Intern and INR 25,000/- for PG Intern / Trainee role. TDS if applicable would be deducted as per prevailing Income Tax norms.
