In Odisha, Rocket Learning implements the Asa Kheliba Asa Sikhiba (AKAS) programme in partnership with the Women & Child Development Department, Government of Odisha, working within the ICDS/Anganwadi ecosystem across multiple districts. Title: Program Manager Operations Location: Odisha (district-based posting; may include placement in districts other than home district) Overview - We are currently looking for a Program Manager to work directly with the Program Lead and the senior leadership team. The candidate will be expected to establish, grow and lead relationships with senior officials and stakeholders while being a part of a small, high-performance team with a collaborative work culture. Key results Establishing strong connections with district(s) stakeholders. Become trust advisor on ECCE/ FLN. Enhanced

of Anganwadi Workers resulting from trainings. Constant, relevant and meaningful insights from the field. Key activities Conducting regular field visits, calling Anganwadi Workers, parents and caregivers. Communicating regularly with all key stakeholders - CDPOs/ DSWOs/ District Collector's office/ WCD Department officials, etc. Conducting regular Anganwadi Worker training. Taking ownership of the projects/workstreams and managing it end-to-end. Performing other relevant day to day operational tasks. Developing and maintaining relations with multiple government officials. Areas of
