Professor/ Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor

MIET invites applications for the position of Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor in the various departments. The successful candidate will have a distinguished record of teaching, scholarly research, and service, and will play a key role in advancing the department's academic mission

• Responsibilities: - Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in your subject area

• Develop and deliver course content that is engaging, innovative, and aligned with departmental goals and objectives.

• Provide mentorship and academic advising to students.

• Conduct scholarly research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.

• Participate in departmental and university service activities, including committee assignments and academic outreach initiatives.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum and instructional methods.

• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects and initiatives.

• Maintain a commitment to professional development and staying current in the field.

Requirements

Qualifications: - A Ph.D. in your area of expertise or a related field.

• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.

• Evidence of scholarly research and publications, or potential for future research productivity.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative academic environment.

• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching, research, and service.
