• Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deploy, support, and troubleshoot Java-based applications in production environments.
• Possess strong understanding of application deployment architecture, including Docker-based deployments.
• Respond promptly to application-related queries raised by business and technical users.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and resolve independently or coordinate with L3 support teams.
• Participate in production code deployments, post-deployment verification, and application monitoring.
• Write, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures in MSSQL.
• Track day-to-day production issues and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare detailed RCA reports and share findings with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with Support, Development, and Operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure issues are handled within defined SLAs and proactively prevent escalations.
