Reports to an Operations Manager or a Technical Manager but may be under the working supervision and mentoring of a Senior Engineer. Position is closely supervised. Work plans are reviewed for accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Demonstrated ability to provide technical supervision and instructions to process operators is of the indications that the individual is ready for promotion.

In addition, this job also operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
