• We achieve this in three ways: a large public forum, personal coaching, and an AI training workspace.

You’ll be doing the personal coaching. That means weekly calls with applicants, where you provide them with structure, accountability, and 1-2-1 help. You’ll also deliver practise interviews ahead of the real thing.

Your Role

You’ll join a team of five future trainees.

You’ll run 30 30-minute calls per week with applicants from a vast range of backgrounds. You’ll use your experience with the law firm process to build a personal ‘curriculum’ to a training contract, including:

• Reviewing their applications
• Practising video interviews
• Practising mock tests
• Delivering mock interviews and case studies
• Discussing commercial awareness news stories

It’s your job to make those 30 minutes count and to help applicants make more progress than they have ever done.

If you have fewer than 30 personal service calls, you will carry out mock interviews instead. This will ramp up between January and March for a higher number of mock interviews.

If you’d like to do more than 30 calls a week, you will be paid overtime at £22.5 per call.
