Responsibilities

• Process and verify various financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to transaction processing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to improve transaction processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience in transaction processing or a similar role
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Flexible to work from office and night shifts only
• Candidate should possess 2-5 years of experience
• Experience in the 401K domain (Distributions) will be an advantage

Shift Time - 5.30 PM - 2.30 AM
